Jodi is excited to join the Esplanade family as the Lifestyle Manager at Esplanade at Kingston, bringing with her a passion for creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and turning a community into a place that truly feels like home. As part of the team opening this brand-new community, Jodi has the unique opportunity to help shape its culture and personality from the very beginning.

With a background that is rooted deeply in hospitality, lifestyle, event planning, marketing, and community engagement, Jodi loves bringing people together and creating experiences that are fun, meaningful, and a little unexpected. She believes the best communities are built not just around beautiful homes, but around the connections, traditions, friendships, and shared experiences that happen within them.

Originally from Indianapolis, Jodi has also spent the past 30 years in Louisville, Kentucky, and is excited to bring a little Southern charm, creativity, and plenty of personality to Kingston. She is especially excited about being part of the community in its earliest stages and watching Esplanade at Kingston grow from a new neighborhood into a place filled with energy, friendships, and lasting memories.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new places, being creative, and finding inspiration in the people and experiences around her. She considers herself an adventurous spirit who isn’t afraid of a fresh start or a new challenge and is always up for trying something new.
